REFUND POLICY

These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy for Rainy Days By Tara.

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are more than happy to make it right.

Terms & Conditions for returns:

The customer has 14 days from purchase to check their item.
If the customer is unhappy with their item(s) they have 14 days from ordering to return them back to us. Return fee will be paid by customer and deducted out of your refund.
Products must be returned in the exact same way they where sent out to customer see below.

A- in the poly bags (so no damage is caused to item)

B - It must contain the tags, how they have been originally sent out and not by the customer tampering with the tags to make them appear to be unused.

C - the returned goods must NOT be damaged in any way.

4.After 14 days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions prohibited in clause 3, Rainy Days By Tara, shall not accept any return, and no monies will be refunded.

6- ANY CLAIM IT ITEMS AND/OR SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE. Please only order the item if you want it, it is down to the customer to make sure the sizing they order is their correct size.
